    Job Title: Licensed Pharmacy Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Licensed Pharmacist in Illinois to support our onsite pharmacy. The role involves ensuring efficient pharmacy operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform accurate data entry for prescription processing.

    + Fill prescriptions efficiently and accurately.

    + Verify prescriptions to ensure correctness and safety.

    + Dispense medications and provide counseling to patients.

    + Manage inventory to ensure adequate supply and minimize waste.

    Essential Skills

    + Active IL Pharmacist License.

    + Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.

    + Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a pharmacy setting.

    + Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care.

    + Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

    + Basic computer skills for operating pharmacy systems.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience with Medicaid operations.

    + Management skills to oversee pharmacy operations.

    + Familiarity with prescription refills and inventory management.

    Work Environment

    This is a 100% onsite role. The work schedule includes Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. The pharmacy is closed for lunch from 12:15 to 12:45 pm.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Galesburg, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
