Description We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Novi, Michigan. In this role, you will manage various aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring the selection of top talent while fostering diversity and inclusion. This position requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional hiring experiences for both candidates and managers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract candidates with relevant experience.

• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate backgrounds and align them with job requirements.

• Utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline and document recruitment activities.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.

• Promote diversity in hiring practices by actively sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds.

• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates to ensure a pipeline of talent for future openings.

• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices and strategies.

• Expertise in utilizing applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows.

• Strong knowledge of diversity recruitment strategies and best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.

• Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights.

• Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
