Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, maintaining data integrity in SAP, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the order lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of customer service experience and proficiency in SAP.
Key Responsibilities
+ Accurately enter and process customer orders into SAP system.
+ Review and verify order details for accuracy, including pricing, quantities, and delivery dates.
+ Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, and delivery schedules.
+ Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, logistics) to ensure timely fulfillment.
+ Resolve order discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
+ Maintain detailed records of orders and customer interactions in SAP and CRM systems.
+ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for product availability.
+ Generate reports and assist with data analysis related to order processing.
Qualifications
+ Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in SAP for order entry and data management.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Skills
+ Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
+ Familiarity with ERP systems beyond SAP.
+ Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
