    Distribution Sales Manager

    Job Description

    We are seeking a results-driven Distribution Sales Manager to expand our wholesale and distribution channels. This role involves building relationships, negotiating deals, and driving revenue growth across major distributors, national retailers, and tool truck networks. If you are motivated by closing big deals and scaling partnerships, this is the challenge for you.

    Responsibilities

    + Prospect and secure new distribution partnerships with industrial distributors and national retailers.

    + Manage and grow relationships with existing wholesale partners and tool truck operators.

    + Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to balance growth and profitability.

    + Own P&L for distribution channels with revenue and margin accountability.

    + Collaborate with operations and marketing on product launches and promotions.

    + Develop scalable processes for onboarding and managing channel performance.

    Work Environment

    The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role includes 20-30% travel for trade shows, with expenses covered. You will work closely with the Sales Growth Manager.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Kaukauna, WI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
