Job Details
Office Coordinator Job Summary:
+ Coordinates on call schedules for all specialties and interacts with Chiefs and Chairmen to ensure the schedule is covered
+ Interact with Chiefs and Chairmen of specialties to ensure schedules are filled as much as possible
+ Make changes to the schedule based on Physician availability and communicate those changes to clinical units
Office Coordinator Requirements:
+ Position will require sitting for long periods of time interspersed with walking to and from various locations
+ Excellent verbal and listening skills required for communicating clearly and effectively with others
+ Ability to bend, stretch, reach, handle/finger delicate items, required. Ability to carry files up to 5 lbs

+ Excellent typing skills; MS Office proficiency; Knowledge Excel and Outlook
+ High school diploma required
Salary Range
USD $27.00 - USD $33.00 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
