What You’ll Do

+ **Lead & Inspire:** Mentor and develop a diverse team of veterinary, technical, and administrative staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

+ **Drive Business Success:** Oversee all business operations, including financial management, budgeting, and marketing initiatives to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.

+ **Enhance Client & Referral Relationships:** Build and maintain strong connections with clients and referring veterinarians, ensuring exceptional communication and service.

+ **Operational Excellence:** Manage hiring, performance reviews, and personnel decisions with professionalism and fairness, maintaining a positive and productive workplace.

+ **Quality & Compliance:** Ensure all medical records, protocols, and client communications meet the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.

+ **Community Ambassador:** Represent VCA Knowles Snapper Creek with integrity and enthusiasm within the professional community and to the public.

+ **What We’re Looking For**

The successful candidate will have experience in Human Resource and personnel management, Marketing, and Business Development. Your strong financial and operational acumen will be put to good use!

+ **3 to 5 years of proven hospital leadership experience** , demonstrating strong financial acumen and human resources management skills

+ **Expertise in sales, marketing, and business development** within a referral-based veterinary practice.

+ **Excellent verbal and written communication skills** .

+ **Strong decision-making** abilities with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

+ **Professional demeanor with a friendly, positive attitude** and excellent interpersonal skills.

+ **Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment** with shifting priorities.

Pay Range & Benefits

We offer a variety of compensation models that provide flexibility and reward your strengths. The annualized base salary for this position is based on experience and credentials is $85,000 to $100,000.
