    Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) – Butner, NC

     

    We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Psychiatric RNs for full-time positions at a state psychiatric hospital in Butner, NC. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a behavioral health setting while working with a supportive team.

    Available Shifts:

    + 12-Hour Days: 36/48 hour rotation, Every Other Weekend

    + 12-Hour Nights: 36/48 hour rotation, Every Other Weekend

    + 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (40 hrs/week, Every Other Weekend)

    + 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (40 hrs/week, Every Other Weekend)

    + 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (40 hrs/week, Every Other Weekend)

     

    Start Date: January 19th, 2025

    Requirements:

    + Active RN license with at least 1 year of nursing experience

    + Prior experience in psychiatric, crisis, or detox settings preferred

    + Must be able to attend 4 week mandatory orientation (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM) with no absences

    + Comfortable working with patients exhibiting aggressive behavior or temperament challenges
