Speech-Language Pathologist – $85/hr – Gilroy, CA – Full-Time (In-Person)

Position Overview:

Amergis is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide evaluations and therapy services for elementary students in accordance with individualized plans of care and physician orders.

Assignment Details:

+ Location: Gilroy, CA

+ Start Date: January 5, 2026

+ End Date: June 12, 2026

+ Schedule: 37.5 hours/week (Monday–Friday)

+ Modality: In-person

+ Pay Rate: $85/hr

+ Contract Length: 180 days

+ Caseload: Single elementary school, primarily TK–2nd grade; mix of Speech-Only, RSP, and SDC students

+ Travel Bonus: $3,300/week if living more than 50 miles from the school

+ Openings: 5 positions

Minimum Requirements:

+ Active California SLP license

+ CCC-SLP preferred

+ Public school or pediatric experience

+ CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB screening and health clearance

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
