    **Role Overview:** We are

    seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator with a strong

    background in eCommerce and proficiency in Jira to support Salesforce Commerce

    Cloud (SFCC) initiatives. This role will manage coordination for ongoing

    support activities and new projects in an Agile development and support

    environment, ensuring seamless collaboration between business stakeholders,

    technical teams, and vendors.

     

    + 4+years in Agile delivery; 2+ years as a project coordinator supportingweb/eCommerce teams.

    + Hands-onexperience with Jira and Confluence.

    + Backgroundin eCommerce platforms; Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience preferred.

    + Strongorganizational and multitasking abilities.

    + Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills.

    + Familiaritywith Agile methodologies and SDLC.

    + Proficiencyin MS Office Suite.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + **Agile Project Coordination**

    + Support SFCC projects andongoing support activities using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

    + Facilitate sprint planning,backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

    + Track and report progress onuser stories, tasks, and defects using Jira.

    + **Documentation & Reporting**

    + Maintain accurate projectdocumentation including sprint boards, RAID logs, and change requests.

    + Prepare sprint reports,burn-down charts, and weekly status updates.

    + Capture meeting minutes andfollow up on action items.

    + **Communication & StakeholderManagement**

    + Act as a liaison betweenbusiness teams, developers, QA, and external vendors.

    + Coordinate demos, workshops,and stakeholder meetings.

    + Ensure timely communication ofupdates, risks, and dependencies.

    + **Risk & Issue Management**

    + Monitor and log risks, issues,and dependencies; escalate as needed.

    + Support incident managementfor production issues and ensure proper documentation.

    + **Tool & Process Management**

    + Utilize Jira and Confluencefor task tracking, documentation, and reporting.

    + Ensure adherence to Agile bestpractices and organizational governance standards.

    + **Stakeholder Engagement &Reporting**

    + Provide timely, clear statusreporting (sprint summaries, velocity trends, risks, and mitigations).

    + Run effective demos toshowcase business value and gather feedback early.

    + Align delivery with governance(security, compliance, PCI, accessibility) and change management.

    + **Team Coordination:**

    + Collaborate with developers,architects, QA, UX/UI teams, and third-party vendors.

    + Ensure SFCC best practices arefollowed across development and integration.

    **Education:** Bachelor-s degree in Computer Science,

    Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a

    related field.
