Job Overview:

Support the recruitment of entry-level associates for the Client’s Distribution Center. In this role, you will play an essential part in executing recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs, ensuring the seamless onboarding of new employees, and providing ongoing support to both candidates and the recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Recruit and hire entry-level associates to meet staffing needs in a fast-paced distribution center.

+ Implement and execute effective recruitment plans to attract top talent.

+ Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate first-day check-ins.

+ Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring all documentation and records are completed accurately.

+ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and adjust strategies as needed.
