Job Summary and Qualifications
Job Summary
We are currently recruiting Concierge to join our team! As our Concierge, you will act as a liaison between patients, patients' relatives, and the facility to improve customer/patient satisfaction. We want you to apply now! We are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. Our concierge will greet patients, family members, and visitors and will provide directions to departments and areas within the facility.

What you will do in this role:
+ Communicate patient questions, complaints, problems and concerns to appropriate hospital leadership.
+ Clearly explain Hospital processes to patients
+ Assists in the learning process for new employees, including training and supervision.
+ Performs clerical duties including correspondence and phone calls.
+ Effectively communicates physician, patient, and family needs to appropriate members of the health care team.
+ Obtain the information needed to develop a solution for the patient and their family.
+ Demonstrate excellent customer service when problem solving, communicating, providing information and reassurance to patients and their family.
+ Demonstrate sound judgment and seek guidance when uncertain of situation.
+ Refer to appropriate leadership staff and to risk management when necessary.
+ Ensures continuity of care thru precise and consistent communication of patient information with other departments and staff.
What qualifications you will need:
+ High School diploma or GED required.
+ Effectively communicates physician, patient, and family needs to appropriate members of the health care team.

Our hospital provides full-service healthcare to Osceola County and surrounding communities.
