Our client, the construction and infrastructure industry, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 4 to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager 4, you will be part of the safety and compliance department supporting large-scale civil and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Construction Safety Manager 4

**Location:** Lebanon, OH

Pay Range: $69 - $76 Per hour

What's the Job?

+ Serve as the on-site safety lead for Microsoft’s Land Development & Community team.

+ Monitor and enforce compliance with safety policies and local regulatory requirements.

+ Conduct daily safety observations, inspections, and reviews using systems like Enablon and Compass.

+ Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

+ Support onboarding and evaluation of subcontractors from a safety perspective.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Construction Management, or related field.

+ Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction safety management, especially on large civil or infrastructure projects.

+ Certified Safety Professional (CSP), CHST, or equivalent certification preferred.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety reporting platforms such as Enablon and Compass.

+ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
