Our client, a leading logistics and fulfillment organization, is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Clerk to join their team. As a Fulfillment Operations Clerk, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the fulfillment team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Fulfillment Operations Clerk

**Location:** Poughkeepsie, NY

**Pay Range:** $23

**Shift:** Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm (may end earlier on Fridays depending on workload)

What's the Job?

+ Coordinate and assist with daily fulfillment activities to ensure smooth operations and timely shipments

+ Assist leadership with staffing needs for high-volume sales events and pop-up sales

+ Update daily timecards in TSheets and manage fulfillment department staffing

+ Ensure accuracy of job completion paperwork and incoming goods reports

+ Oversee order processing, packing, and shipping, ensuring all orders are correct and properly documented

What's Needed?

+ Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, vlookups, and creating spreadsheets

+ Superb attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and utilize strong administrative and computer skills

+ Understanding of internal processes, client contracts, and SOPs

+ Experience with inventory management and basic knowledge of ship station and Shopify systems is a plus
