    Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Representative to join their team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support team, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.     **Job Title:** Call Center Representative

    **Location:** Memphis, TN

     

    Pay Range: $12.50 to $14.00 per hour

     

    Shift: Day and Evening Shifts

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Handle inbound calls efficiently and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns

    + Provide accurate information and solutions to customers in a timely manner

    + Document customer interactions and update account information as needed

    + Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer experience

    + Maintain a positive attitude and uphold company standards during all interactions

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + “Ability to adapt and transition across different roles within the call center as needed

    + Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

    + Customer-focused mindset with a desire to assist and resolve issues

    + Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software
