Our client, a leader in high-performance automotive engineering, is seeking a Wiring & Systems Applications Engineer to join their team. As a Wiring & Systems Applications Engineer, you will be part of the Electrical Engineering department supporting Power Unit, Dyno, and Vehicle wiring applications. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Wiring & Systems Applications Engineer

**Location:** Santa Clarita, CA

**Pay Range:** $43.27/hr – $57.69/hr (Flat Rate: $90,000 – $120,000 annually)

What’s the Job?

+ Design and layout complete vehicle harnesses for hybrid and BEV applications.

+ Build prototype harnesses and connectivity solutions for test equipment and dynamometers.

+ Install and maintain wiring systems from 14V up to 1000V for high-current applications.

+ Debug and repair loom issues; provide integration solutions for test systems.

+ Collaborate with dyno and trackside engineers for wiring and system support.

What’s Needed?

+ 5+ years of experience in vehicle harness design and wiring systems.

+ Proficiency in motor racing loom design and high-voltage systems (60V and above).

+ Hands-on experience with military-spec wiring standards and specialized harness tools.

+ Strong understanding of automotive components, ECUs, and wiring architecture.

+ Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings accurately. **What’s in it for me?**
