Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician 7pm to 7am to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician 7pm to 7am, you will be part of the Maintenance department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician 7pm to 7am

**Location:** Dickson, Tennessee

**Pay Range:** $35

What's the Job?

+ Perform repair and maintenance of all equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operation.

+ Conduct inspections, testing, and adjustments of plant systems, equipment, and machinery.

+ Respond promptly to safety and emergency calls, performing tasks as directed by management.

+ Assist in preventative maintenance activities and repairs of buildings, grounds, and equipment.

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) exercises.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

+ Successful completion of relevant skills tests for maintenance technician level.

+ Availability for short-notice overtime, including weekends.

+ Ability to read hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic schematics, and ladder diagrams.

+ Experience with machinery repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
