**Our client** , a leading automotive performance and racing engineering company, is seeking a **Quality Engineer** to join their team. As a **Quality Engineer** , you will be part of the **Quality & Manufacturing Engineering Department** supporting **NPI, Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement Teams** . The ideal candidate will have **strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and attention to detail** , which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Quality Engineer

**Location:** Santa Clarita, CA

**Pay Range:** $43.27 – $57.69/hour

What’s the Job?

+ Develop and implement inspection protocols for in-house components.

+ Lead cross-functional teams for New Product Introduction (NPI) and corrective actions.

+ Manage non-conformance processes and provide corrective guidance using UniPoint.

+ Perform first article inspections, process validations, and maintain work instructions (APQP).

+ Analyze quality data and support continuous improvement initiatives, including Six Sigma projects.

What’s Needed?

+ Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Materials Science Engineering.

+ Minimum 5 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.

+ Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and test/measurement equipment.

+ Proficiency in MS Office, Minitab, and UniPoint, with experience in vendor management.

+ Strong problem-solving, statistical analysis, and communication skills; ability to work independently and under pressure.
