What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting in maintaining order within the location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.

+ Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to appropriate personnel.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members while performing assigned duties.

+ Complete detailed and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and activities during each shift as required by site protocols.

+ Assist with access control procedures by monitoring entrances, exits, and other designated areas as directed by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
