    Required Qualifications

    + Demonstrated experience relevant to the role (typically 3–5 years in a related field)

    + Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

    + Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively

    + Proficiency with commonly used software tools such as Microsoft Office or comparable systems

    + Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience supporting operations, compliance, financial processes, technology systems, or similar functional areas

    + Familiarity with industry‑specific regulations, processes, or best practices

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
