    Jennifer Fukumae with Robert Half Financial Services is partnering with a growing advisory firm in San Francisco is looking for a Senior Associate who wants to move beyond routine audit work and into a faster-paced, analytical role.

     

    What You’ll Be Doing

     

    + Analyze financials of companies being acquired, including quality of earnings, working capital, and cash flow

    + Build and improve financial models (M& A training provided if needed)

    + Prepare clear, client-ready reports and presentations

    + Partner with senior team members and clients throughout active deals

    + Gain exposure to the full M& A process, from diligence through close

    Requirements

    + 3+ years of public accounting experience (audit, advisory, or transaction services)

    + CPA or in progress

    + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

    + Solid Excel skills

    + Interest in M& A, private equity, or transaction advisory

    + Ability to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
