Employee Benefits * Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Earned Paid Time Off (PTO) * 401(k) Retirement Plan * Referral Bonus Program * Caregiver Recognition Programs * Flexible Scheduling (part-time, weekends, and overnights) * Paid Training and Orientation Primary Responsibilities * Provide companionship and emotional support * Assist with personal care, including bathing and dressing * Provide medication reminders * Support mobility, including walking assistance and transportation to appointments * Assist with meal planning and meal preparation * Perform light housekeeping duties * Assist with shopping and errands * Observe, document, and report any unusual incidents * Support activities of daily living (ADLs) Qualifications * Reliable transportation * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening * Minimum of two (2) years of caregiving experience preferred * Willingness to work with both male and female clients * Ability to travel within a 25-mile radius * Demonstrated compassion, reliability, and professionalism * Ability to perform all essential job functions Position Details * Job Type: Part-Time * Hours: 4–30 hours per week Available Shifts: * 4-hour, 8-hour, and 10-hour shifts * Day and morning shifts Travel Requirement: * Approximately 25% (required)
