    As a Plant Support Engineer, you will address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and functionality of prints and new designs. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining smooth and efficient operations.

    Responsibilities

    + Address and resolve technical challenges within the manufacturing process.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to prints and new designs.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency.

    + Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in manufacturing engineering.

    + Proficiency in process engineering and CAD design.

    + Skilled in machining and SolidWorks.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

    + Detail-oriented with a proficiency in using standard Windows Office tools, including SharePoint, email, and CAD tools.

    + Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Associate degree or equivalent with five years of experience in drafting/design.

    Work Environment

    The position is based at the Bedford Facility, involving a split between the shop floor and office environment. The role requires adaptability to a dynamic work setting.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Bedford, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $89000.00/yr.
