Join PDS Tech Commercial as a Health, Safety, & Environmental** ( **HSE) Specialist – Drive Safety Excellence!

Summary of the Role

As an **HSE Specialist** at **PDS Tech Commercial** , you will be a key contributor to our Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) HSE Center of Excellence Team. Your work will directly impact the health, safety, and environmental standards that protect our employees and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for a proactive professional passionate about fostering a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

+ Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of HSE policies, procedures, and systems in line with company and regulatory requirements

+ Conduct and/or support risk assessments, incident investigations, safety audits, and compliance inspections

+ Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HSE training materials

+ Maintain accurate records and reports in alignment with internal and external HSE requirements

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement

+ Manage and update documentation via Microsoft SharePoint and other digital platforms

+ Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting, analysis, and drafting presentations

+ Monitor performance metrics and support the implementation of corrective/preventive actions

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field **and/or** 3+ years of relevant experience in an HSE role, preferably in industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments

+ Familiarity with HSE regulatory frameworks and management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001)

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

+ Experience using Microsoft SharePoint for document control and collaboration

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across teams

**Pay Details:** $33.00 to $36.00 per hour
