Join our team as a **Senior End-User Support Engineer,** where you'll play a critical role in transforming laboratory IT infrastructure to support cutting-edge scientific research.

This position offers the opportunity to provide Level 3 technical expertise while driving digital innovation in laboratory operations. You'll be at the forefront of implementing advanced solutions that directly impact scientific productivity and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

+ Provide Level 3 technical support and operational management for laboratory IT infrastructure

+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to lab systems, hardware, and software

+ Collaborate with scientists, facilities, and IT teams to deliver new laboratory systems and upgrades

+ Maintain and update Inventory/CMDB for all lab IT assets

+ Work closely with vendors and remote support teams to ensure high availability of lab solutions

+ Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities

+ Ensure compliance with IT service delivery standards and business requirements

Requirements

+ Deploy & Upgrade Operating Systems (OS) expertise

+ Infrastructure support experience (general IT infrastructure)

+ Windows 11 proficiency

+ Bash scripting capabilities

+ PowerShell scripting skills

+ Proven Level 3 IT infrastructure and operations support experience

+ Strong technical troubleshooting and problem resolution background

+ IT service delivery and vendor management experience
