The Senior Analyst, Business Analysis and Insights, plays a critical role in delivering accurate, data-driven analysis to support strategic business decisions. This position involves evaluating financial data, key performance indicators, and trends to provide actionable insights and expert guidance. The role requires collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure consistent reporting and alignment with business objectives. The analyst will also develop and maintain analytical tools, support process improvements, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the organization.

What you'll do:
+ Analyze and validate data accuracy by comparing with third-party sources, budgets, and actual results.
+ Develop and maintain financial models, key performance indicators, and metrics to evaluate trends and support business strategies.
+ Provide data-driven insights and expert guidance to internal and external partners, ensuring consistent reporting and strategic alignment.
+ Support business processes by preparing reports, documentation, and training materials to enhance efficiency and compliance.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, deliver solutions, and monitor progress for continuous improvement.
+ Utilize analytical tools to extract, consolidate, and present data for informed decision-making.
What you'll bring:
+ Proven expertise in data modeling and business intelligence to support accurate analysis and reporting.
+ Strong skills in documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable insights.
+ Certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent experience.
+ Ability to analyze financial data, key performance indicators, and trends to inform strategic decisions.
+ Experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop consistent, data-driven business strategies.
+ Proficiency in utilizing analytical tools to extract, consolidate, and communicate complex data effectively.
+ Commitment to maintaining integrity, compliance, and ethical standards in all business processes.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
