    Pay Rate:

    _The pay rate for this job is $18 - $24 / hour*_

    What You'll Be Doing as a Building Maintenance Technician:

    + Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of building systems and facilities

    + This role involves performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural components of residential, commercial, or institutional buildings

    + Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems

    + Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems

    + Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations

    + Perform minor carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs

    + Maintain building safety systems such as lighting, alarms, and locks

    + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

    + Keep maintenance logs and report completed work

    + Coordinate with contractors and vendors when needed

    + Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe condition

    Available Shifts:

    Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)

    Job Requirements:

    + Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

    + Ability to troubleshoot and repair building equipment

    + Familiarity with safety procedures and building codes

    + Strong problem-solving and time management skills

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Good communication and customer service skills

    + Physical ability to lift, climb, and perform manual tasks

    + Education and Experience:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Previous maintenance or trade experience preferred

    + Technical training or certifications are a plus

    + Work Environment:

    + Residential, commercial, or industrial buildings

    + May require on-call availability or shift work

    + Indoor and outdoor work conditions

    + Background check and drug screening required
