    Position Summary:

    This position is responsible for accepting and issuing guests coats and packages that are stored in coat check.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

    + Maintains accurate records on the location of all coats and other items stored in coat check

    + Assists guests with wheelchairs and motorized scooter rentals, including payments

    + Remains visible and ready to serve arriving and departing guests

    + Greets guests and offers assistance with their coat room needs

    Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Ensures wheelchairs and scooters are clean and in proper working order

    + Assists guests with directions and property information, as needed

    + Maintains a clean and organized work area

    Minimum Education and Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + Previous guest service experience

    Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:

    + Good written and verbal communication skills

    + Good organizational and multi-tasking skills

    Training Requirements:

    + Knowledge of the proper procedures required for scooter rentals

    + SMART alcohol awareness

    Physical Demands and Work Environment:

    + Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

    + Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

    + Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours
