    BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced a **Behavioral Health RN** to join our outstanding and compassionate team at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater!

     

    + **Facility:** Morton Plant Hospital

    + **Location:** Clearwater, FL

    + **Status:** Full-Time, Exempt: No

    + **Shift Hours:** 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

    + **Shift:** Nights

    + **Weekend Work:** Every Other

    + **On Call:** No

     

    The **Charge Nurse** is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills.

    The Charge Nurse is responsible for:

    + Acting as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team.

    + Developing self and team members and sharing organizational information.

    Required Certifications and Licensures:

    + BLS (Basic Life Support)

    + RN (Registered Nurse)

    + Nurse Specialty - preferred

    Required Education:

    + Bachelor's in Nursing - Required or approved psych certification obtained within 7 months of hire.

    Experience:

    + 2 year RN in an Acute Care Setting

    + 1 year of leadership experience - Preferred
