    Job Description

    + Take ownership of purchasing and warehouse process

    + Drive cost savings in the purchase sphere

    + Identify alternative sources of materials

    + Follow min, max to ensure sufficient materials are available for the production continuity

    + Ensure Inventory levels neither cross max nor goes below min

    + Attending lab and red folder meetings to understand the lab requirements and customer order requirements to align purchase activity

    + In charge of the warehouse and receive all the materials physically and in AX/COUPA, store them in appropriate bins

    + Align with warehouse executive on the material issue process

    + Ensure warehouse follows 5S process all the time

    + Ensure adequate controls and process in place for warehouse inventory integrity

    + Cycle counts and make sure there are no variances between system qty and physical qty

    + Support audits and need to learn ( if not already aware of ) forklift operation

    Qualifications

    + Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 2+ related experience

    The ideal candidate would possess:

    + Knowledge of and accounts receivable

    + Knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel

    + Should be able to work with the teamBasic

     

    Additional Information

    Salary:

    + $65,000

    Schedule:

    + Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
