    Job Description

    Laboratory Operations

    + Operate analytical instruments (plate readers, microplate washers, automated workstations)

    + Handle liquid samples with micropipettes

    + Prepare analytical samples and assay reagents per SOPs

    + Perform biological assays (qPCR, ELISAs)

    + Measure protein levels (host cell protein, protein A) in monoclonal antibody samples

    + Assist as secondary operator during assay transfers

    Analytical Methods

    + Run methods such as HPLC, UPLC, SEC, gel electrophoresis, capillary electrophoresis

    + Conduct total protein and amino acid analyses

    + Manage sample storage and handling

    Data & Documentation

    + Analyze data using instrument software and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

    + Independently interpret experimental results

    + Contribute to SOPs, study reports, and protocols

    + Maintain compliant laboratory notebooks

    Qualifications

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Skilled in **protein and macromolecule handling/analysis**

    + Proficiency with **low-volume liquid handling equipment** (e.g., micropipettes)

    + Strong computer literacy; able to **quickly learn and adapt to new software**

    Minimum Qualifications

    + **Bachelor’s degree** in Chemistry or related field **plus 2–3 years industry experience** _OR_ **Master’s degree** with academic research experience

    + Hands-on **technical laboratory experience** in analytical chemistry (academic, internship, or industrial)

    + Demonstrated **HPLC experience**

    + **Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely** without restriction or sponsorship
