    CBRE is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Mobile HVAC Technician to support our telecommunications client in the retail sector. As a vital member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing critical infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations for our client.

    What You'll Do:

    + Become a problem-solver: Perform preventative maintenance and timely repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

    + Be hands-on: Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment.

    + Be organized: Manage work orders, estimate time and materials, and track completion.

    + Be efficient: Support energy management initiatives to optimize system performance.

    + Be compliant: Inspect installations to ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations.

    + Be a communicator: Interact effectively with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.

    What You'll Bring:

    + High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma (or equivalent experience).

    + 1-2 years of job-related experience.

    + Valid Driver’s License is required.

    + Ability to meet physical demands (stooping, standing, lifting 50+ lbs).

    + Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

    + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Basic math skills.
