    The Opportunity

    We’re looking for a motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive new business growth across our service area. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and helping businesses modernize their connectivity and safety systems.

    What You’ll Do

    + Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B accounts across the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region

    + Sell our fiber internet, wireless, and voice (VoIP) solutions to businesses and multi-tenant properties

    + Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless installation and customer onboarding

    + Represent our brand with professionalism, energy, and technical credibility in the local market

    What We’re Looking For

    + Proven success in telecom sales including fiber or wireless services

    + B2B experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals

    + Understanding of VoIP, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and building safety systems (alarms, cameras, etc.)

    + Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable speaking with executives and IT leaders

    + Self-starter who enjoys autonomy and accountability

    + Must reside in the greater Washington, D.C. area
