    Looking for a great weekend opportunity? Our client in Sparta, TN, is seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join their Weekend Production Team. If you enjoy learning new skills and working in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you!

     

    **Job Title:** Weekend Production Associate

    **Location:** Sparta, TN

    **Pay:** $18.40/hour

    **Schedule:** Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

    What You’ll Do:

    + Work in multiple areas such as sewing, cutting, embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping.

    + Manufacture products to custom specifications.

    + Load embroidery machines and assist with color matching.

    + Pull and pack orders accurately.

    + Maintain equipment and make adjustments as needed.

    + Identify and report defects during production.

    + Follow production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

    + Perform light computer work and match job cards.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to color match.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 25 lbs.

    + Organized, adaptable, and eager to learn new tasks.

    + Team player who thrives in a fast-changing environment.
