    Accounts Payable Specialist

     

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support daily AP operations by processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate, timely payments. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong vendor relationships while upholding confidentiality and accuracy in financial reporting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process vendor invoices and manage AP records

    + Perform data entry, reconciliations, and spreadsheet management

    + Respond to vendor and employee inquiries and resolve discrepancies

    + Reconcile statements and assist with monthly accruals and closings

    + Support 1099 preparation and AP process improvements

    + Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    + 3+ years of accounts payable experience

    + Proficiency in NetSuite, Microsoft Excel, and Word

    + Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills

    + Understanding of basic accounting principles

    + Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills
