Job Description:

Provides individual educational services related to nutrition and wellness as a member of a multi-disciplinary team in the outpatient setting. Primary focus is pediatric patients, including those on nutrition support, while mixing in some adult patients as well. Education Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in food, nutrition, or dietetics.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Certification/Licensure Requirements:

+ Registered or registry-eligible with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association within state(s) of employment. Must be registered within state of employment within six months of hire or transfer

+ Current Board Certification as a Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or has a minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatrics

Upon completion of 90 days of employment must apply for Advanced Practitioner Credentials through the Medical Executive Committee.
