    Warehouse Associate

    **Location:** Aldie, VA

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    **Pay:** $19/PH

    Job Summary

    Adecco is hiring a **Warehouse Associate** to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. This role is ideal for candidates with prior warehouse experience who are safety-minded, reliable, and able to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Receive and verify incoming shipments

    + Perform quality checks on received materials

    + Stock, organize, and relocate inventory as needed

    + Pick, pack, weigh, and label orders for shipment

    + Prepare shipping documentation and bills of lading

    + Assist with loading delivery trucks

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and dock areas

    + Inspect returned materials and process return documentation

    + Assemble/disassemble warehouse equipment (bins, racks, shelves)

    + Follow all safety procedures and operate equipment responsibly

    + Assist with counter sales as needed

    + Document and escalate customer service issues when applicable

    Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED required

    + Previous warehouse experience preferred

    + Basic computer skills

    + Ability to lift up to **50 lbs** repeatedly

    + Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

    Work Environment

    + Warehouse setting

    + Moderate noise level

    + Exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions

    + Operation of warehouse equipment

    + Compliance with strict safety guidelines required

    Dress Code / PPE

    + **Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required**

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
