    Responsibilities for Compliance Specialist include but are not limited to:

    • Document risks, controls, and evidence by translating complex operational processes into clear, structured risk and control statements aligned with enterprise methodology.

    • Facilitate sessions with process owners to ensure risk, control, and evidence details are accurately captured, validated, and consistently applied across all areas.

    • Develop and manage detailed project plans covering risk documentation, control documentation, evidence mapping, and walkthroughs, while tracking progress against timelines.

    • Monitor documentation quality and escalate issues, ensuring consistency, identifying gaps, and preparing periodic progress updates for leadership.

    Candidates for Compliance Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent professional experience.

    • 5+ years of experience in risk management, internal controls, compliance, internal audit, or related fields, preferably in Commercial Banking or Fiduciary/Wealth Management.

    • Experience with GRC platforms, with AuditBoard strongly preferred.

    • Strong understanding of enterprise risk assessments, control frameworks, and documentation methodologies.

     

    What's in this Compliance Specialist position for you?

     

    • Pay: $ 52.00/hr.

    • Shift: Hybrid - Mon-Fri, 7AM to 4PM, 8AM to 5PM, 8:30AM to 5:30PM and/or 9AM to 6PM (TBD)

    **Pay Details:** $52.00 per year
