Processor – 2nd Shift | $15/hr. | McAllen, TX

Shift Available
+ 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate
+ Starting at $ 15.00/hr.
What You’ll Do
+ Read and interpret work orders, formulas, and processing charts
+ Weigh and measure ingredients and binding agents
+ Mix, grind, and process materials into finished or semi-finished components
+ Operate and monitor processing equipment, adjusting controls as needed
+ Clean materials prior to processing
+ Inspect, measure, and test components to meet specifications
+ Enclose components in housings and apply identifying marks
+ Count, sort, and weigh processed items
+ Maintain accurate production and inspection records
+ Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE
+ Ensure all products meet quality assurance standards
What You Bring
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts
+ Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Eligibility Requirement
+ Must be a U.S. person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, national, asylee, or refugee) due to access to export-controlled technology
Preferred Skills
+ At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
+ Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement
+ Team-oriented with strong communication skills
+ Commitment to safe work practices

**Pay Details:** $15.00 per hour
