    Adecco is partnering with a respected organization in Phoenix to hire a Payroll Specialist to support a high-volume payroll operation. This role is ideal for a payroll professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strong technical expertise, and has hands-on experience with ADP Payroll.

     

    Pay- $32/hour

    What You’ll Do

    + Process full-cycle payroll from start to finish with accuracy and efficiency

    + Manage payroll activities in a high-volume environment while meeting strict deadlines

    + Partner closely with Finance to support journal entries, general ledger activity, benefit accruals, and budget reconciliations

    + Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze payroll data and resolve discrepancies

    + Ensure payroll compliance, data integrity, and accurate reporting

    What We’re Looking For

    + High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred

    + Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle payroll processing experience

    + **Required:** Hands-on experience using ADP Payroll

    + Proven success in fast-paced, high-volume payroll environments

    + Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables

    + Strong attention to detail with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

    **Pay Details:** $32.00 per hour
