Description We are looking for a dedicated Test Center Receptionist to join our team in La Grande, Oregon. This is a contract position requiring flexibility in scheduling, including Saturdays and occasional evening hours. The role involves ensuring a smooth and secure testing experience for all candidates while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome candidates to the test center and verify their identification upon arrival.

• Conduct security checks, including the use of wands, to maintain a secure testing environment.

• Monitor examinees throughout their testing process to ensure compliance with policies.

• Address and resolve any issues or concerns from candidates promptly and effectively.

• Safeguard all testing materials and uphold the integrity of the test center.

• Provide a fair and comfortable testing experience for every candidate.

• Report any irregularities or misconduct in accordance with company guidelines.

• Represent the organization’s values and maintain professionalism at all times.

• Adapt to varying schedules based on operational needs, including evening and weekend shifts.

• Utilize digital scanning tools for fingerprint identification when applicable. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Experience with receptionist duties, including greeting and assisting visitors.

• Proficiency in scanning documents and managing clerical tasks.

• Strong ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow security protocols.

• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
