    Key Responsibilities

    + Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

    + Maintain employee records and HR documentation

    + Support benefits administration and payroll processes

    + Respond to employee inquiries and provide excellent HR support

    + Help with HR projects, compliance, and reporting

    Requirements

    + Previous experience in HR or administrative support preferred, but not required

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS is a plus

    + Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
