    An established General Contractor and Architectural firm in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Architectural Drafter/Project Coordinator to support their current Architect with drafting and design responsibilities. The firm specializes in industrial and commercial projects and is looking for an experienced professional to join their team.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist the Architect with drafting and design tasks.

    + Coordinate with various disciplines and consultants.

    + Demonstrate strong production abilities in drafting and design.

    Essential Skills

    + 5-7 years of experience in architectural drafting.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.

    + Experience coordinating with disciplines and consultants.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with industrial, office space, warehouse, or pre-manufactured projects.

    + Project coordination, construction, design, and BIM experience.

    Work Environment

    The office consists of 10+ people, including 1 Architect and several Construction Managers. They offer a hybrid work schedule with 2 days at home and 3 days in the office.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
