Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal part in supporting various human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to organizational growth and enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and managing communications.

• Oversee onboarding procedures to ensure new employees have a seamless transition into the organization.

• Administer employee benefits programs and address inquiries related to compensation and benefits.

• Monitor compliance with HR policies and procedures while maintaining accurate records in HRIS systems.

• Conduct background checks and manage pre-employment screening processes.

• Facilitate training and development initiatives to promote employee growth and engagement.

• Support employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.

• Prepare internal reports and analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations.

• Assist with performance reviews and succession planning processes. Requirements • Proven experience in human resources coordination or similar roles.

• Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in managing employee records.

• Strong understanding of HR compliance and benefits administration.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.

• Effective communication skills for both internal and external interactions.

• Ability to conduct background checks and pre-employment screenings.

• Knowledge of training and development processes and strategies.
