Description

We are looking for an accomplished Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) Director to join our client's team in Elkhart, Indiana. In this role, you will lead financial strategy and analysis for a high-performing organization, providing insights that drive business decisions and growth. Your expertise in margin analysis, financial modeling, and reporting will be essential to our success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed margin analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks impacting profitability.

• Develop and present comprehensive financial reports and board presentations to senior leadership.

• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.

• Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques to forecast business outcomes and evaluate scenarios.

• Manage and optimize corporate financial planning processes to align with organizational goals.

• Drive the implementation and use of Adaptive Insights for efficient budgeting and analysis.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial strategies and objectives.

• Monitor and report on key financial metrics, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

• Lead efforts to streamline reporting processes and improve data-driven decision-making.

• Support senior management with actionable insights and recommendations based on thorough financial analysis.

Requirements • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field.

• Expertise in financial modeling and advanced analytical techniques.

• Strong proficiency in using Adaptive Insights for financial planning and reporting.

• Proven ability to prepare and deliver high-quality board presentations and executive reports.

• Exceptional skills in margin analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

• Solid understanding of corporate financial planning processes and strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
