    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

    + Plan and manage MAC jobs.

    + Obtain necessary resources, plan, and schedule work.

    + Oversee Planner Board management.

    + Place job "placeholders" on the Planner Board without technician assignments.

    + Submit procurement requests and coordinate procurement and delivery.

    + Complete project closeout documentation and update systems accordingly.

    + Manage job-related communications.

    + Conduct kickoff calls and coordinate scheduling with customers.

    + Submit billing requests.

    + Forecast job scheduling with a four-week lookahead based on Promise Dates.

    + Oversee project closeout and handoff to Service.

    + Create NCCO quotes and submit them through NetSuite for approval (DOA).

    + Adhere to NCCO SOP guidelines for MAC jobs.

    WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

    + Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects or portions of projects and teams.

    + Experience with ERP systems and developing reports for management review.

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.

    YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.
