Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Foreman with a minimum of 2 years in aluminum welding. This role involves welding platforms, handrails, gates, and water hose rails. Speed and proficiency are crucial, as you will be performing fillet welds using both spool guns and push-pull guns. Basic math skills are essential for performing conversions and basic calculations. The ideal candidate should have the ability to read and operate measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, protractors, and dial calipers. A positive attitude, self-motivation, and teamwork are key attributes for success in this role.
Responsibilities
+ Perform aluminum welding with a focus on platforms, handrails, gates, and water hose rails.
+ Execute fillet welds with proficiency using spool guns and push-pull guns.
+ Utilize basic math skills for conversions and calculations.
+ Read and operate various measuring tools accurately.
+ Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively within a team.
+ Demonstrate reliability and dependability in daily tasks.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in aluminum welding.
+ Proficiency in using spool guns and push-pull guns.
+ Ability to perform fillet welds.
+ Basic math skills for measurements and conversions.
+ Experience with MIG and TIG welding on aluminum.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or similar role.
+ Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes and equipment.
+ Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
+ Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in fabrication work.

Work Environment
Located at 319 East Pioneer Street, Phoenix, Arizona, this position operates on a first shift from 5am until close, requiring a minimum of 50 hours per week. Employees should be prepared with PPE including steel-toed boots and a hood. Essential tools include a square, two hold pins, a level, and a tape measure

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
