    Job Description

    We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Trailer Sanitation & Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you will support daily operations by sanitizing trailers, handling materials, and assisting with general labor tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

     

    Schedule & Pay

    10‑hour shifts:

    • 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    • 11:00 AM – 10:30 PM

    **Pay:** $17 per hour

    **Schedule:** Sunday–Friday (Sundays required)

    Responsibilities

    + Sanitize the inside of trailers by sweeping, spraying, and cleaning according to company standards

    + Load and unload trays, placing them onto pallets for processing

    + Operate sit‑down and stand‑up forklifts safely and efficiently

    + Complete required paperwork for each trailer serviced

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures

    + Perform additional labor tasks as needed to support daily operations

    Essential Skills

    + Experience operating sit‑down and stand‑up forklifts

    + Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, cleaning, and material handling

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow sanitation procedures

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Steel‑toed boots required

    + Prior experience in labor‑intensive or warehouse environments preferred

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Work Environment

     

    Work inside and around trailers in a labor‑focused, fast‑paced environment. This position requires consistent physical activity, including cleaning, lifting, and material handling. Team members work Sunday through Friday (no Saturdays), with required Sunday shifts.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Groveland, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
