Electrical Apprentice – $15-$20/Hour

Learn the Trade While You Earn

Join our team as an Electrical Apprentice and work alongside licensed electricians who'll teach you the skills to build a career in the electrical trade.

What You'll Do:

+ Help install wiring, outlets, switches, and fixtures

+ Learn to box out rooms and prepare spaces for electrical work

+ Measure, cut, and bend conduit and pull wire

+ Read blueprints and technical drawings

+ Keep tools and work areas organized and safe

+ Support troubleshooting and repairs under supervision

What We're Looking For:

+ Interest in learning the electrical trade

+ Comfortable using hand tools and power tools (we'll train you on what you don't know)

+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

+ Reliable, on time, and a team player

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Willing to work at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors in varying weather

Experience Helps But Isn't Required:

+ Any electrical, construction, or trade experience

+ Familiarity with boxing out rooms or reading blueprints

+ Technical training or vocational school background

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manchester, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr.
