    Construction Technician

     

    Shift: 1st Shift | 6:30AM–3:00PM, Monday–Friday

     

    Pay: $18+ (based on experience)

     

    About the Role

     

    We are looking for hard working, reliable Construction Technicians to support the repair, cleaning, and preparation of jobsite trailers This is a hands on general labor and light carpentry role with strong advancement potential into full service tech work.

    Day to Day:

    + Load/unload trucks and materials

    + General cleaning and demolition inside jobsite trailers

    + Basic carpentry: framing, finish work, repairs

    + Assist with light electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, and running gear

    + Inspect trailers to determine repair needs

    + Complete customer requested modifications

    + Maintain clean, organized work areas and proper tool/parts inventory

    + Prepare trailers for delivery at required quality standards

    + Perform yard support tasks as needed

    Ideal Candidate Has:

    + Good tenure, average 2-3 years in each role

    + Ability to provide 1-3 professional references

    + HS Diploma or GED

    + Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

    + Basic carpentry, HVAC, electrical or welding knowledge/experience

    + Own basic hand tools

    + Steel toe boots + long pants (hard hat/vest provided if needed)

    + Strong work ethic & reliability

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
