    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic who is well-versed in both mechanical and electrical skills. This role requires maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of production equipment such as corrugators, starch mixers, balers, shipping conveyors, dust collectors, and hydraulic/pneumatic components. The machines are unique, so training will be provided. We welcome entry-level candidates with an A.S. degree or diploma, or 1-3 years of industry experience.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment including corrugators, starch mixers, balers, shipping conveyors, dust collectors, and hydraulic/pneumatic components.

    + Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of industrial machinery.

    + Utilize electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.

    + Work with schematics and perform PLC troubleshooting when necessary.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

    + Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical systems.

    + Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance.

    + Ability to read and interpret schematics and perform PLC troubleshooting.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + A.S. or Technical degree in maintenance is a plus.

    + Exposure to PLCs and electrical systems is helpful.

    + Ownership of personal tools.

    Work Environment

     

    This position is within a fast-paced corrugated manufacturing setting. The role requires working the 3rd shift (11pm - 7am), with initial training on the 1st shift. The training period may vary from one to several weeks.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
